A trip out of town is easier when the spending is decided at home, before the drive. Below are the help lines for Ontario, then a plain note on how the Beech Street desk writes this guide.

A limit before the drive
Before you leave home, settle two things: the amount you are ready to spend, and the time you will head for the car. Writing both down can help. The floor is open 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., 7 days a week, so the night ends at 1 a.m. at the latest. No separate holiday hours are published; a call to 519-482-7540 settles a holiday.
A limit is about spending, never about winning back what is already gone. When the amount is used, the trip is over. Non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary: coffee, tea and fountain pop. That makes a pause between machines easy without opening the wallet again.
Where to get help
- ConnexOntario gives help at no cost and in confidence, 24 hours a day. Call 1-866-531-2600, text CONNEX to 247247, or chat at connexontario.ca.
- My PlayBreak, from OLG, bars entry to any Ontario casino for 3 or 6 months or 1 to 5 years. The term cannot be cancelled early; enrol through the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098 or with casino staff.
- PlaySmart, at playsmart.ca, is OLG's responsible gambling site.
- BetGuard, at betguard.ca, is run by iGaming Ontario and covers every regulated Ontario online gambling site, OLG.ca included. It does not cover land-based casinos, so it does not apply to the room on Beech Street.
Responsible gambling on Beech Street
In January 2014 the slots at Clinton Raceway received RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gambling Council. Staff at a casino can enrol a person in My PlayBreak, OLG's self-exclusion program. A casino break chosen that way bars entry to any Ontario casino, and the term cannot be cancelled early. The OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098 takes enrolment by phone as well.
About the Beech Street desk
This guide is written and signed collectively as the Beech Street desk. No page carries a personal byline, and the desk is a name for the work, not a person. Facts were checked on October 13, 2026, against the casino's own pages, Clinton Raceway's pages, OLG and Ontario sources. All times given are Eastern time.
Every distance is a straight line between map points from OpenStreetMap. It is not a road distance and not a driving time. The pictures are generated scenes of the county, the town and the track, with no real people, no logos and no signs. There are no forms, comments or accounts on the site. The only thing kept is the colour theme chosen in the open browser tab.
